Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, Automation and Computers, Cybernetics or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (ERP Support, ERP Consultant, IT Analyst)
- Experience in implementation or support with one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365, Oracle)
- Knowledge of business processes: accounting, procurement, production, logistics
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Database administration skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Finance / Supply Chain, SAP Certified Application Associate, ITIL Foundation, Excel Expert (Microsoft Office Specialist).
Job Description
To ensure the optimal functioning of the company's ERP system by providing technical support to users, resolving issues, and contributing to process improvement through effective use of the ERP solution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for ERP users at an operational level (e.g., creating layouts)
- Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues, offering quick and efficient solutions
- Create and update user documentation, including guides and procedures
- Monitor ERP system functionality (e.g. tracking job performance – reports, exchange rates, etc.) and implement necessary updates (e.g., legislative changes related to taxation)
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize ERP modules according to business requirements
- Identify and propose solutions to optimize processes using the ERP system
- Organize training sessions for new users or for new ERP modules
- Collaborate with software vendors and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Generate and analyse ERP reports to support business decision-making
- Create dashboards and KPI indicators for key system users
- Manage and query databases.
