What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or previous customer service experience is required.
- Experience: Background in business services or logistics/distribution is a plus.
- Language: English C1 verbal and written
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of well-known ERP system (preferably SAP) or CRM is a plus.
- Personality: Proactive, creative and solution-oriented team player with strong customer service and organizing skills
Job Description
How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Customer Focus: Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction. In & outbound calls with customer to manage service orders and to ensure complete and on time service delivery.
- Intervention Coordination & Timely Invoicing: You will coordinate with EU teams, customers, technicians, sales, and suppliers, and collaborate with European peers on intervention requests.
- Quotation & Contract Management: Manage requests from quotation to invoicing. Coordinate and oversee interventions with subcontractors.
