Ideal Candidate

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or H3CSE are a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, device stacking (e.g., iStack, CSS), and enterprise wireless networking.
- Hands-on experience in configuring routers and switches, with proficiency in major brands like Huawei, Cisco.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies (e.g., Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute).
Soft Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to independently resolve client issues.

Job Description
As Enterprise Networking Support Engineer, work remotely via Phone, Email, Chat, Teamviewer, for the following tasks:
1. Technical Implementation
Install, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade routers, switches, and EAP devices, including VLAN setup, device stacking, and wireless roaming optimization.
Design and deploy network architectures based on customer requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
2. Network Troubleshooting
Receive, analyze, and confirm technical issues reported by customers, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Issue Escalation & Collaboration
Identify and document potential product bugs, working closely with R&D and testing teams for resolution.
Collect customer feedback on features and performance, relaying insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
