Ideal Candidate

Educational Background

  • Hands-on experience in configuring routers and switches, with proficiency in major brands like Huawei, Cisco.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies (e.g., Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute).

Soft Skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to independently resolve client issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description

As Enterprise Networking Support Engineer, work remotely via Phone, Email, Chat, Teamviewer, for the following tasks:

1. Technical Implementation

  • Install, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade routers, switches, and EAP devices, including VLAN setup, device stacking, and wireless roaming optimization.

  • Design and deploy network architectures based on customer requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

2. Network Troubleshooting

  • Receive, analyze, and confirm technical issues reported by customers, providing prompt and effective solutions.

  • Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

3. Issue Escalation & Collaboration

  • Identify and document potential product bugs, working closely with R&D and testing teams for resolution.

  • Collect customer feedback on features and performance, relaying insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
