Electrical Installation Leader

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;

• Extensive experience in managing electrical installation projects, typically requiring over 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards for electrical installation;
• Ability to solve complex technical problems;
• Excellent team management and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively assign tasks and supervise work progress;
• Good documentation management skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills;

• The job responsibilities of estimation of electrical installation auxiliary materials, the scheduling of installation plans, on-site installation guidance, and training in the BSBA project.

• Develop and execute detailed plans for electrical installation projects, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget control.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant completion.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure installation work complies with design drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction, offering professional advice and solutions.
• Lead and manage the electrical installation team, assign tasks, and supervise work progress.
• Supervise and inspect the quality of electrical installation work to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Conduct quality assessments and tests, identifying and correcting any defects or issues.
• Maintain good communication with other departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise the usage of equipment and materials to prevent waste and damage.
