Electrical Engineer / Master Electrician - Site Manager for

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or qualification as a Master Electrician (all genders),
• specializing in high- and medium-voltage systems
• Practical experience with high- and medium-voltage installations is an advantage
• Proven experience in site management, project coordination, and assembly supervision,
• ideally in the industrial or energy sector
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Bavaria
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented mindset combined with enthusiasm, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in German (C1 level or higher)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical installation projects for substation (110kV – 20kV)
• Oversee the assembly, commissioning and quality control of substation installations
• Plan and coordinate materials, personnel, and project execution while liaising with clients
• and suppliers
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality standards and providing professional evaluations
• of their work
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, schedules, and
• necessary adjustments
• Prepare measurement reports for acceptance protocols and maintain accurate project
• documentation
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost and schedule adherence
• Adhere to and enforce strict compliance with safety, quality, and site regulations in all activities
