We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, audience segmentation, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and CRM platforms.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and performance marketing tactics.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot (as an example)
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Develop and implement strategies for paid and organic digital marketing efforts to improve conversion.
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, A/B testing, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management and Content Management to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
