Job Description

We are now looking for a new Digital Buying Experiences Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca!

The role holder contributes to creating user-led digital experiences for our digital product catalog. They will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and expansion of digital buying experience projects, such as consumer-grade website product discovery, spatial web experiences, and extended reality solution exploration. This includes developing tools to aid the purchasing process, like configurators, solution designers, AI-powered chat, and pre-purchase qualifying experiences (e.g., digital twins).

The candidate will establish project governance and processes, contribute to the tactical and operational plan for strategy implementation, and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including UI/UX (user research, concept prototyping, design), web development, extended reality (ecosystem development and app commercialization), product information accuracy, and digital content distribution.

The position holder will report to the Digital Buying Experiences Manager and work closely with other leaders within the Digital Customer Experience Center of Expertise withing our Global Marketing organization to ensure the successful implementation of our digital experience vision.



What kind of work will you be doing?

Project Coordination & Collaboration Enablement

* Prioritize and manage project tasks with clear communication to ensure timely, on-budget project completion while aligning with strategic goals.

* Develop governance frameworks that blend business strategy and data insights, fostering collaboration and efficient project execution.

* Track and report project performance using KPIs, providing stakeholders with updates and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Website Product Discovery Experiences

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate the product discovery vision into actionable project plans, roadmaps, and resource strategies.

* Facilitate collaboration between content, 3D modeling, and AI teams to deliver an engaging, accurate product discovery experience.

* Set up performance tracking for user interactions and analyze feedback to inform ongoing improvements and strategic refinements.

Extended Reality (XR) Experiences

* Establish a project plan, roadmap, and resource allocation for the XR ecosystem, focusing on scalability and adoption.

* Coordinate effectively with XR, 3D modeling, and web teams to ensure seamless project integration.

* Track user engagement and project performance to drive continuous improvements aligned with key objectives.

Digital Purchasing Support Tools - AI Chat & Configurators

* Design and manage the project plan and resources to align digital purchasing tools with new product experience goals.

* Oversee collaboration among offering, content, and AI teams to ensure an intuitive and cohesive digital user journey.

* Implement user feedback and performance tracking to optimize project execution and enhance the customer experience.



Essential Knowledge & Skills:

* 3+ years of previous experience in digital marketing with proven project management responsibilities.

* Bachelor or advanced degree in Marketing, PR, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or a related field.

* Solid knowledge of digital marketing, holistic conversion rate optimization inbound, outbound, extended reality, spatial computing, and web 3.0.

* Creative, bold-thinking, tech early adopter, results-driven.

* Customer-first mindset & familiarity with concepts like user journey, conversion rate optimization, and digital brand experience/customer activation.

* Entrepreneurial mindset and a proven successful digital marketing project delivery track record.

* Charismatic individual, capable of leading projects without formal authority

* Resilience and low-risk aversion, capable of being comfortable with uncertainty, constantly changing conditions, and conflicting priorities.

* Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and capability to create/contribute to creating and optimizing digital user experiences.

* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

* A proactive and energetic personality with high learning agility, the ability to drive changes, and a result-driven mindset can help you on your way to success.

* Excellent project management skills with agile methods and a strong knowledge of business processes and their optimizations (project management, Agile, LEAN certifications are a plus).
