You’ll work as part of high-performing team on a broad range of clients and assignments that will stretch and challenge you. You’ll be encouraged and expected to take accountability and make an impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to Directors and the Consulting Department, providing support for business correspondence, arranging appointments or meetings, maintaining appointment schedule, maintaining files, registering outgoing and incoming mail, binding documents, filling timesheets
  • Organizing travel arrangements (purchase of plane tickets, accommodation and transfers)
  • Preparing expenses claim forms for reimbursement of expenditure
  • Providing office administration with list of stationery and other requirements on a regular basis according to the department’s needs and budget
  • Providing support in cross departmental projects (e.g.: internal or external events, meetings, campaigns)
  • Collecting and managing different data - updating databases (mailing lists, client contacts, newsletter subscribers, etc.)
  • Attending to clients and visitors

Job Description

What we are looking for:
  • Equivalent related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Professional appearance
