Job Description
The job consists of two main missions:
Organize and help to deliver the update of the retention schedules for Service Units
- Contribution to strategy and roadmap definition in collaboration with the DRM Correspondent of the SU;
- Orchestrate the “update campaign” for each SU: “kick off” communications, follow-ups according to the roadmap, support in the validation process;
- Organize workshops with the business in the event of new retention rules to create;
- Monitoring of authorizations for the Data Records Management Tools ;
- Contribution to strategy and roadmap definition in collaboration with the DRM Correspondent of the SU;
- Organize workshops with the business:
- to explain what are expected from them (+ roadmap);
- Follow-ups according to the roadmap;
- If the business comes up with new retention rules to create : analyze and challenge, if necessary, contradictory elements;
- Support of the business in the validation process (monitoring of authorizations for the Data Records Management Tools);
