Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
● Experience Power BI is required.
● Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
● Experience with Python for data processing, analysis, and visualization is a plus (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn).
● Strong statistical knowledge and experience applying statistical techniques to real-world data.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
● Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
● Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is a plus.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
● Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

This role requires knowledge in using PowerBi as well as strong statistical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators using PowerBI.
● Extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
● Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and trends in the data.
● Apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
● Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
