Responsibilities:
With an national B2B environment you will be performing a variety of tasks:
Receiving customers’ requests, answering questions, and solving problems for payment systems and telemetry users.
Supporting resellers and customers with technical issues and new installations.
Provide accurate feedback to the customers. Follow-up and make scheduled call backs to customers.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools, and email.
Handle escalations from Tier 3. Follow proper escalation process for cases that need assistance.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify probable and/or immediate solutions to resolve customer issues.
Potential sales via phone, email, etc

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPREZENTATIVE to join us, and we are offering this role on a Full-Time permanent basis. We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues in a global team who are all enthusiastic about the solutions providing Cashless payment, telemetry, and management solutions for unattended market. You will have the opportunity to develop a career within a very exciting industry in the official representative distributor of a global company.


Candidate Profile:
Service minded empathy and customer focus. Experience in technical support/tier 3 is an advantage.
Good understanding and skills of technical field in electronics and automatization and IT
Reasoning skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to make.
Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of parameters settings and software issues
Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Able to deal and respect high data confidentiality,
Honest, calm, and reliable person with positive and proactive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
