Ideal Candidate
Work experience in contact centers or related industry is a plus
Previous similar experience with dialing apps and CS digital platforms is beneficial

Job Description
Deliver high efficiency and performance while ensuring high quality and company protocols are in place when servicing customers about all inquiries regarding Aventus products via phone calls, emails, chats, social media channels
Negotiating, motivating, and supporting customers to finalize their loan applications
Registering customer support activities in computer programs
Display understanding of customer support processes, legislation & regulations, market trends and industry best practices
Making proposals for systems, processes, and product improvement/ optimization
Other tasks assigned by the Customer Support Team Leader
