Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and responding to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Summarising customer situations, providing support, or escalating to technical support representatives
  • Documenting and tracking helpdesk requests and problem-solving processes
  • Monitoring the technical support process until resolution and ensuring partner satisfaction with solutions
