Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent with French with good digital skills, for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania.


What will you do
  • Receive and handle the Operators’ requests by emails, chats, and phone calls.
  • Advice and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS and help design their offers.
  • Process and document the Operator experience.
  • Contribute to the development of the internal and external knowledge base.
  • Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base.
