Customer Planner in Logistics

Your valuable contribution to something big

• You are in charge of planning the customer orders in SAP;
• You are responsible of planning the amount and type of products to be produced;
• You are responsible of creating a leveling scheme;
• You ensure on-time delivery of products to BOSCH customers (right part, right amount, right time, right place -> according to customer wishes);
• You ensure availability of products and create delivery notes;
• You are responsible of customer contact management to coordinate demand;
• You ensure coordination with manufacturing and in-house production planner;
• You develop the production plan / leveling plan to ensure on-time delivery.

Education: 

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in degree in Purchasing, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics

Experience and Skills:

• Broad knowledge of  procurement planning;
• 3 years working experience in production environment, preferably automotive field;
• Basic knowledge in sourcing / production planning;
• Experience in customer service.

Certifications:

• MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• SAP R/3 (MM, LE).

Languages:

• English – advanced level
