🎓 Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or digital project management.
  • Experience in financial services is an advantage.
🧩 Profile:
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website and digital platform management, user experience optimization, and web content management (CMS).
  • Good knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
  • Analytical and commercial mindset, with excellent data analysis skills, performance monitoring, and the ability to implement digital solutions that support company objectives.
  • Experience in managing relationships with vendors and coordinating digital projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

🎯 Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company’s digital platforms (website, CMS, webshop) and ensure integration with other systems used.
  • Oversee relationships with digital solution providers and ensure the efficient implementation of projects.
  • Monitor the performance of digital platforms, propose optimizations, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Contribute to the company's digital strategy by identifying and applying best practices in customer experience and digital engagement.
  • Manage feedback and customer insights processes, including collaboration with vendors for the implementation and optimization of the NPS system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital solutions that support marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and customer experience.
