To strengthen our agricultural team, we are looking for an energetic and committed colleague for a Crop Production Assistant position at our Farm in Facaeni, Ialomita!
Job Description
What will your responsibilities be?
- Product flow control;
- Coordination of employees in the production department under the guidance of the manager;
- Carrying out traning for employees in the department when needed;
- Scheduling activities related to the administration and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment under the guidance of the production manager;
- Monitors production activities;
We are looking for a Crop Production Assistant , motivated person in the production department.
We also want the new colleague to have:
- Education: University degree in agriculture;
- Experience: 1-3 years;
- Ability to identify plant needs, identify weeds and diseases;
- PC knowledge: Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of the use of production machinery;
- Correctness, tenacity, reliability, principled attitude in dealing with people;
- Positive attitude;
- Reliability, availability for long working hours during the season;
- Objectivity;
- Sociability;
- Knowledge of English or German Romanian an advantage;
- Driving license class B and T, CE an advantage .
- Responsible and varied tasks in a state-of-the-art working environment with an international team of agri professionals;
