Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience
  • BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech or related field
  • Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally experience in FMCG
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving campaigns
  • Fluent in English, Bulgarian nice to have but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects

Job Description

  • The job is fully remote and for a determined period of maximum 2 years
  • Creates customer-centric communications and executes multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the zooplus markets
  • Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touchpoint aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision
  • Leverages state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives
  • Works with our product, loyalty, marketing and operations teams, will also ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful
  • Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Implements Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters)
  • Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency
  • Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios
  • Aligns with other functions e.g. Campaigns & Promotions, CRM, Own Brand Food acceleration, Social Media, Loyalty on CRM activity including best practice sharing with other CRM Campaign managers across markets
  • Optional support: Sampling planning, execution, A/B testing and analysis
  • Postal print mailings from conception to execution and reporting
  • Focusing on KPIs such as: Revenue generated through direct marketing channels, Customer and/or sales retention, Activation, Engagement, Reactivation
