Your qualifications:
- Finance / Commercial studies or equivalent;
- English language;
Your skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external customers at all levels;
- MS Office (Excel advanced) and ERP interaction and knowledge; (Navision ERP would be a plus)
- Proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently.

Job Description
The role:
- Proactive collection of all receivables in line with credit terms, and support sales team when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- Monitor customer's payment performance and proactively seek to reduce payment issues
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with other departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Management of credit limits and customer analysis
- Account reconciliation
- Management of cheques and promissory notes
- Regular reporting to local and regional Management
- Assisting other members of the team and finance department as and when required
