Cost Control & Reporting Engineer & Technician

- Acknowledgement of (preferably) intersoft program for deviz (price schedule)
Job Description
- Cost Control & Reporting Engineer is responsible for:
- Preparing, submitting and following up Monthly payment certificates and invoice to Client in a diligent and prompt manner
- Preparing comparison table to review and verify Subcontractor's Monthly payment certificates and invoice
- Cost Analysis, quantity and resources control reporting
- Assisting on budgeting and cash flow reporting as per Project requirements.
- Cooperating with department managers to assist budgeting goals.
- Analyzing and evaluating potential change orders / claims to client and subcontractors.
- Participating to Site visits and meetings with subcontractor/client related to cost issues.
- Collecting, Comparing and evaluating cost/price for new works
- Location Bucharest & Calarasi
