Job Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Lean -, Project Management, or Purchasing.
- Solid technical knowledge.
- Good knowledge in the calculation of construction prices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and risks.
- Proficient in SAP-MM or other ERP and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- German and English are mandatory
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) and intercultural
Job Description
Daily tasks:
- Creation of calculations for manufacturing costs, KPA - purchased part price analyses of components (Generating cost transparency, identifying cost drivers, and highlighting cost reduction potential)
- Representation and implementation of created calculations in cost discussions with purchasing and suppliers
- Consulting and active negotiation support for line procurement and project buyers regarding investments or part prices
- Analysis and validation of investments for component manufacturing based on cost breakdowns
- Conducting supplier workshops in coordination with the relevant department
- Conducting/Accompanying product clinics
- Generating ideas for technical optimizations (materials, processes, or functions)
