- At store level, is in charge of checking, approving and fulfilling all legal formalities related to contracts;
- Provides legal assistance in investigations and collaborates with external lawyers in litigation;
- Provides legal advice on all legal aspects requested, ensures drafting and/or endorsement of specific contracts in accordance with the current legislation;
- Prepares on request reports and/or legislative interpretations with impact on the activity;
- Provides assistance and advice, training on legal issues and legislative interpretation;
- Has the obligation to comply with the Company Policies, as well as all company procedures, communicated in accordance with current legislation;
- Any other tasks/responsibilities agreed upon by the Head of the Legal and Compliance Department;
- Keeps confidential all information encountered while carrying out job responsibilities, including matters related to personal data protection.
Job Description
- Over 5 years experience in a similar position;
- University degree in law;
- Fluent in English;
- Detail-oriented person;
- Team player.
