We are looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Construction Specialist. In addition to being adaptable and having a positive mindset, there is a particular set of skills we expect from an ideal candidate:
- Fluency (written & spoken) in Romanian and English languages,
- BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects,
- Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork,
- Experience in project management, construction management and supervision
- Strong negotiation skills,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage,
- Fluency in reading technical drawings,
- Travel flexibility,
- Experience in retail, office or residential fit-out will be an advantage.

Job Description
We believe that setting expectations is an important key to success and productivity, so here is a short list of things we expect from you:
- Coordination of the fit-out construction works coordination for new stores in the Shopping Centers and Retail Parks
- Technical and aesthetic supervision over the construction process,
- Supervision over the compliancy of the works and documentation with local norms and legislation,
- Providing financial supervision over the project budget,
- Ordering and coordinating investor deliveries,
- Providing local support for the company employees from other countries also involved in the construction process,
- Providing support in budgeting process and cost-optimization
- Driver’s License – cat. B
