Ideal Candidate
Daily tasks:
- Procurement of all purchased parts necessary for our operation, taking strategic aspects into account
- Definition, implementation and execution of the commodity strategy taking into account the company's internal objectives
- Price controlling, country-/part-specific market analyses with price comparison
- Preparation and implementation of supplier visits and optimization of the global supplier portfolio considering total cost of ownership aspects
- Commodities: - packaging/labels
-turned & milled/products/extruded aluminum profiles
Job Description
- Completed technical or business studies or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the relevant manufacturing processes
- Confident use of MS Office, experience with SAP-MM is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German is a plus
- Analytical thinking and a goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Willingness to travel
