Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Load/ unload parts on the CNC machine
- Distinguish and identify proper tooling/ fixtures and jaws for efficient set-up
- Inspect cutting tools
- Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of CNC machine settings and to detect malfunctions, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper. Adjust CNC machine to control the process
- Clean and maintain CNC machine, tooling and parts to maintain equipment in optimal condition
- Keep CNC Machine, tools, equipment and work surfaces free of oil, grease, etc.
