Client Advisor with English - Remote Job

• Advanced English skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer knowledge/tech savviness is a plus.
• Work experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage.

• Available to work afternoon & night shift.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
• Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
• Communicating with customers through various channels;
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests;
• Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
