Client advisor with English - Constanta (Remote job)

• Good English skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Available to work afternoon and night shifts.
• Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.
• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Keeping record of customer interactions comments and complaints.
