Job Description

Responsabilitati cheie

Realizeaza clasificarea clientilor companiei pentru a obtine bazele targetate necesare contactarii acestora. Analizeaza clientii din perspectiva volumului de vanzari realizat si a portofoliului de produse achizitionate.
Stabileste si implementeaza metodologia de contactare a clientilor – livrabile, prezentarea memorizata la telefon, lista de clienti necesara fiecarei campanii.
Stabileste si implementeaza metodologia de ofertare – produse, oferta, mecanism de ofertare, ghid de aflare a nevoilor clientilor
Elaboreaza si implementeaza metodologia necesara procesului de vanzare astfel incat echipa de vanzari sa cunoasca: metodologia de segmentare a clientilor, mecanismul de contactare, metodologia de ofertare, argumentare si manevrare a obiectiilor clientilor, metodologia de loializare si consolidare a relatiei cu clientii.
Isi insuseste si asuma obiectivele cantitative si calitative ale postului.
Disemineaza obiectivele strategice si operationale catre membri echipei astfel incat acestia sa inteleaga si sa isi asume eforturile necesare realizarii lor si sa cunoasca mecanismele care au stat la baza definirii lor.
Coordoneaza echipa din subordine; realizeaza evaluari periodice ale competentelor tehnice ale membrilor echipei, identifica si defineste competentele, abilitatile si expertizele necesare pe post, organizeaza sesiuni interne de transfer de cunostinte tehnice, realizeaza evaluarea performantei echipei din subordine si se implica in recrutarea si formarea echipei;
Asigura respectarea bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli.
Colaboreaza si lucreaza impreuna cu departamentul de marketing la analiza de piata si a produselor companiei astfel incat sa se obtina: analiza de piata privitoare la activiatea concurentei, analiza de portofoliu si restructurarea produselor companiei, strategii si actiuni de crestere a vanzarilor, stategii de loializare, strategii de crestere si consolidare a imaginii produselor companiei.
