Business Support Specialist

The ideal candidate is a person with a positive, collaborative attitude who cares about details and standards and puts quality on first position. Good work organisation, openness to new things and communication skills.
We are international team: English communicative level is required.
Driving license category B and you like to drive a car.

Job description:
- Overseeing a subordinate region;
- Analysing activities and preparing recommendations for improving business performance;
- Carry out inspection visits to points of sale in accordance with applicable procedures and network standards;
- Preparing post-inspection reports, audit reports if required;
- Conducting theoretical and practical training
- Other tasks assigned by the employer

Important conditions:
The position refers to a hybrid type of work: 30% in the office and 70% business travel, out-of-office meetings and business visits to different cities in Romania on behalf of the company request.
