You will be responsible for driving sales growth of Cor.tubi Romania. You will develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to grow existing accounts. You will identify and convert new customers within and outside of the currently served markets. You will coordinate the interaction between key customers and other Cor.tubi resources as needed. You will analyse market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales.
The Business Developer & Sales Representative will be responsible for maximizing revenue by preparing and implementing development plans, search for new prospects, communicating with clients, reaching monthly targets.
Should have the ability to work independently while staying on task and completing the goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Your success will directly contribute to your earnings, giving you the opportunity to continue to increase your overall compensation as you develop your knowledge and experience.
Through market research, you will identify relevant sales prospects/leads and you will make contact with decision makers.
By understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions, you will help grow our business.
Managing and developing a portfolio consisting of current and potential clients by building strong relationships.

Job Description

Key responsibilities amongst others will include:
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Be able to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Market Development: Business development in Romania for strategic key accounts, identify Opportunities, perform presentations, articulate and deliver value proposition
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential partner and clients, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other relevant aspects of the sales process. Close the deal.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on your progress and achievements.

Company Description

The EXHAUST SYSTEMS COR-TUBI Business Unit (BU) is completely verticalised, from the production of stripped metal sheets and steel pipes to exhaust systems fully assembled.

There are departments specialized in pipe manufacturing (cut, drilling, bending and deformation of pipes in normal and inox steel, 40 to 150 mm diam.), departments assigned to assembly of internal components of mufflers through sertissage and robotised welding, departments with automatic machines and dimensional inspection of 100% of the canning with ceramic catalysts 4 to 12 inches, and departments devoted to manufacturing of complete internal groups through calendering, TIG and MAG welding, clinching or spinning.
