Are you a results-driven B2B sales professional with a passion for language services? Do you thrive on building client relationships, closing deals, and being rewarded for your success? If so, we want you on our team!
At Traduk, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and grow our business. This is a remote, contractor position with a competitive base salary + commission + performance bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
Own the sales process – from prospecting to closing contracts.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Drive client satisfaction & retention – reactivate inactive clients and nurture long-term partnerships.
Represent Traduk at networking events and industry conferences (online & in person).
Promote our brand and services.
What You Need:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
✔ At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔ Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently & in a team.
✔ Experience in the translation industry is a plus.
✔ Ability to issue invoices for your work (as a contractor).
