Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Associate to contribute to the execution of our go-to-market strategy. This role involves developing a deep understanding of our products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential partners, and crafting sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the Romanian market and beyond.

Furthermore, we expect that you:
  • Researching and targeting specific industry segments that require our services.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and any other means.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conducting onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features, workflows, and best practices.
  • Executing personalized outreach strategies, including presentations and proposals, to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Identify relevant conferences/events for team to attend to drive high quality prospects and develop relationships with introducers and be prepared to attend some events with team.
  • Contributing to our SEO, content strategy and overall marketing activities.
  • Write relevant articles/presentations including:
    • Product showcase
    • Website content
    • Short-form and long-form emails
    • Social media posts
    • Direct mail
    • Webinar/event materials
