About The Role
This role is an excellent starting point within the business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a fast-growing Language Service Provider on a hybrid basis, working 10am-7pm, Monday - Friday.
As a Booking Coordinator, based in the Operations Department, you will provide support to all areas within the business, as well as communicating with our interpreters and clients. The role offers a great opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills within a fast-paced growing area of the business.
We are looking for highly organized, self motivated, quick thinking individuals to join our successful and ever expanding team.
The role is project based for a duration of 3 months (17th of February until 17th of May 2025). After project completion, depending on performance there will be opportunities to further continue within the business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage a large amount of inbound & outbound calls in a professional manner, booking interpreters onto relevant jobs, resolving queries and liaising with other departments
- Multitasking between calls, alongside handling a large volume of emails from clients and interpreters
- Maintaining professional communication with interpreters and clients regarding their bookings when dealing with queries
- Prioritizing tasks within the team, showing organization, quick thinking and flexibility
- Assist other departments when support is required
- Troubleshooting to ensure we provide the best possible service in unexpected scenarios
