We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth.

About You:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in B2B sales; international experience a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field etc.;
  • Relevant experience in Marketing, Communication, IT is definitely a plus;
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite;
  • Self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented;
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable;
  • Solid verbal and written English proficiency; additional languages are a bonus;
  • Interested in about 25% traveling throughout Europe and North America (as needed).

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building a portfolio of new clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to generate new leads.
  • Identify, prepare, and present pitches and RFP responses.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Maintain innovative company culture and represent Transiris in a professional manner.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas and personal targets.
