About You:
- 1-3 years’ experience in B2B sales; international experience a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field etc.;
- Relevant experience in Marketing, Communication, IT is definitely a plus;
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite;
- Self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented;
- Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable;
- Solid verbal and written English proficiency; additional languages are a bonus;
- Interested in about 25% traveling throughout Europe and North America (as needed).
Job Description
- Responsible for building a portfolio of new clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to generate new leads.
- Identify, prepare, and present pitches and RFP responses.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Maintain innovative company culture and represent Transiris in a professional manner.
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas and personal targets.
