What we expect:
- Advanced level of French(C1) medium (B2), level of English
- Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus
- Availability to work remote, full-time, in rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Sunday
- Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities
Job Description
- 100% backoffice activity
- Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂client's processes, policies and guidelines
- Handle and assess sensitive and potentially distressing content with empathy and professionalism
- Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
- Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
- Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
