Ideal Candidate
Requirements
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a related course of study or comparable training and further education
Knowledge of the planning, implementation and IT operation of IT infrastructures and networks
Knowledge of IT security solutions (cryptography, firewalls, virtual private networks, authorization management, etc.)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the operational cloud environment/operation
Motivation and quick comprehension paired with strong teamwork skills and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility and quality awareness
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2).
Fluency in German is a significant advantage. (>=B2)
Job Description
Essential tasks:
Setting up, developing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure for the TÜV SÜD Group
Drawing up proposals for changes and optimizations to the cloud infrastructure
Independent monitoring and updating of the environment and regular exchange with the service provider
Driving forward cloud solutions within infrastructure operations
Proactive collaboration on projects for integrations for cloud applications and migrations
Performance analysis and improvement
Troubleshooting and creation of documentation
Monitoring billing runs
Initial experience with AI solutions from Microsoft
In addition:
ITIL v4 certification
Microsoft Cloud Zertifizierungen von Vorteil (AZ-900, AZ-104).
