AUDIT PARTNER

Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Audit Partner to support our franchise network in evaluating and improving internal processes. You will work closely with franchise owners and operational teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations while identifying areas for improvement.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in project management, preferably within retail or franchise operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in internal/external audit, preferably within retail or franchise environments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborating with store managers and franchisees to implement best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with franchise and regulatory standards.
• Identifying risks and recommending corrective measures to franchise partners.
• Collaborating with store managers and franchisees to implement best practices.
• Preparing audit reports and documenting key findings.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
