As an Associate Service Administrator, you will assist customers by identifying the best solution for their application, independently creating quotations and ensuring requests are handled at a high quality, accurately and on time.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Take ownership for customer orders received against quotations and verify them for accuracy.
* Ensure that the factory items have been scheduled for shipping, internal orders are placed by the purchasing department and service requests are raised.
* Liaise with Sales team to inform about the status or possible challenges regarding received quotes and orders. 
* Generate proposal documents (technical and commercial) based on a specific proposal template. 
* Maintain all databases accurate and updated.

Who You Are:

You take time to ask questions and define the problem and make learning a priority and a goal. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You keep in touch with customers.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
* Good usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Any experience in a similar role (customer support, sales support, technical sales etc).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Basic knowledge of Industry Processes or Process Control and Instrumentation.
* Any European language is a plus (Italian, French, German).
* Previous experience in a matrix organization.
