Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Assistant Manager or similar role.
- Experience in drafting Board meetings minutes
- Proficient in English, with excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proactive team player.
Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate Management Board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations for Board members.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with Board members and stakeholders.
- Organizing all administrative activities including correspondence.
- Redirecting phone calls from clients to proper departmanet based on their requirements.
