The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product visibility, implementing pricing strategies, and managing customer interactions to maximize sales and improve overall store performance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Production teams.
Execute end-to-end Amazon campaigns, coordinating with key internal departments.
Develop and implement product listing optimization strategies, ensuring high-quality compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords to maximize visibility and conversions.
Optimize pricing & promotions, creating competitive pricing strategies and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase market share.Amazon SEO, PPC & Advertising
Utilize Amazon SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and enhance discoverability.
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, bidding strategies, and keyword optimization to maximize ROI.
Analyze query trends and create keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations.Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions that drive efficiency, high renewal rates, and client KPIs.
Track and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using findings to optimize future strategies.
Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive gaps to enhance Amazon product listings and overall performance.Inventory, Order Management & Compliance
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with logistics to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and marketplace guidelines to maintain a healthy seller account.Customer Engagement & Account Growth
Manage customer reviews & feedback, responding to inquiries and leveraging insights to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree
0-1 years of proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a contact center.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience meeting individual performance goals.
Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for e-commerce and online advertising, with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, fulfillment processes, and advertising tools.
Expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, keyword optimization, and product listing strategies.
Experience in data analysis, interpreting trends, and making business recommendations.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to an evolving digital marketplace.
