As a Freight Forwarder Agent, you will coordinate the import/export cargo and negotiate with different providers to ensure the best shipping solution. You will also proactively track and trace freight movement and communicate regularly with customers to keep them updated.

- Preparing and organizing daily operations in both full truckload (FTL) and less than truckload (LTL) direct transport modes;
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements for transport documents, and is directly accountable for the efficiency of the transports they manage;
- Receive and respond to transportation quotes, negotiate with customers and contractors, and provide guidance and assistance to customers;
- Invoicing customers, following up on payment collections and collaborating with sales department;
- Maintaining accurate records of clients, partners, and suppliers and keeping documents organized;
- Learning and implementing specific procedures related to the role's activities.
Job Description
