Schmitz Cargobull Romania is looking for an experienced, creative, yet analytical and driven After Sales Support to join our team. Schmitz Cargobull Romania is part of the Schmitz Cargobull AG Group.
The main purpose of this role is to be the technical and business link between the network of authorized service partners and Schmitz Cargobull Romania and Company HQ in Germany.
As an After Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
•To support technically the network of authorized service partners and provide trouble shooting upon request.
•To assure and immediately respond to technical and warranty supports requested from the network and in compliance with targets defined annually.
•Service Entry performance within the declared targets.
•To carry on the technical documentation (bulletins and circular letters) coming from Headquarters to the local network.
•Warranty claims revaluation in line with the company processes
•Service and Safety Campaign rollout.
•Technical training rollout and certification target achievement
Parts / Accessories and other After Sales Commercial Programs
•Parts and Accessories targets assigning to authorized repairers
•To advise network on After Sales budget management and targets achievement
•Roll Out of all after sales programs i.e.: Spare Parts Campaigns, VAS (Full Service & TrailerConnect) extensions or renewals, etc...
•Keeping track of the invoiced VAS services and follow up with the Shared Service Invoicing.
•Monitoring and attainment of parts sales objectives and parts turnover in accordance with budget assigned
•Consequently: To put in place personalized action plans to optimize Parts, accessories and commercial programs sales
•Technical and logistic support to network pertaining to delivery of parts and accessories
•Back log order management
•Continual communication with local subsidiary and headquarters regarding results and new initiatives
Customer Care Management
•Customer Care handling and process management
•Customer Goodwill management and budget control
•Analyse statistics and follow-up Customer Satisfaction on the Service Network with local CCC entity
•To advise on customer care management and satisfaction at a subsidiary level
Service Partner Network Development
•Needs analysis
•Appointment and termination follow-up
•SCB AG standards compliance verification
Your profile:
•Bachelor’s degree (engineering is a plus).
•At least 3 years proven experience in coordinating projects in multi-national companies and/or fast-changing companies; experience in Automotive industry is an advantage.
•Excellent planning & organization skills.
•Very good project and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
•Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills with ability to operate at all levels of the organization.
•Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Fluency in written and spoken English. German is considered an advantage.
