Location: Home-based/ Remote

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Flexible but are mainly between 8 am and 5 pm.

𝐒𝐚𝐥a𝐫𝐲: As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed wage together with a generous commission based on results. The company will also cover all travel/fuel costs.

Job Description

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦a𝐫𝐲 :
We are looking for a candidate with excellent knowledge of Romanian and English language to assist in our HR recruitment duties. Work includes dealing with job vacancies, handling telephone calls, and inputting data in our system. We mainly look for persons with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and preferably with experience in sales.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate.
Attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.)


Role You Play & Responsibilities You Take :
Our team of recruiting agents specializes in finding the right staff in Asia for companies in European countries, while our European team connects with local employers, shortlisting and providing the required staff. Our goal is to create a win-win situation for both our clients and the recruited workers.
Responsibilities:

Handle office tasks, generate reports, and create presentations.
Search for job vacancies and contact local companies/employers.
Manage telephone calls and input data into our system.
Occasionally generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email.

Benefits:
The remuneration package for this position includes a salary spectrum ranging from 1050 to 1500 Euros, complemented by two various monthly bonuses contingent upon individual performance and achieved outcomes.
