Who are we? Empowerment Recruitment SRL is a licensed recruitment agency operating in Romania and 17 other countries in Europe. We assist companies in finding the right workforce matching their needs thus adding value to their business potential. We deal with the recruitment of temporary and permanent workers for positions in various fields of work: hospitality, construction, production, textile industry, drivers, etc. Our teams of recruiting agents are experts who specialise in finding the right workers for local companies. As we are now starting our operations in Romania, we are looking for local recruitment assistants.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Flexible but are mainly between 8 am and 5 pm.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: The remuneration package for this position comprises a salary spectrum ranging from 1750 - 2000 Euros, complemented by two diverse monthly bonuses contingent upon individual performance and achieved outcomes.
The company will also cover all traveling/fuel costs.

About you and your role:
You might be a graduate or someone looking to kick-start your career in recruitment. Or you have begun your career in recruitment, sales or management, and are looking for a new challenge.
The daily routine will include numerous calls and video meetings with clients and your team, meetings with clients in person, and regular office / administrative duties to help us maintain a clean record of our activities. If you are a sales superstar, we will make sure administrative tasks don’t dull your shine and we will support you to focus on what you do best.
You will contact potential clients by phone and open new doors for our agency. For every new client you bring onboard, you are rewarded.
We will expect that you work with us on monthly and periodic strategy plans - and put them in practice.
If you are driven by ambition and marvel at team management you will have the liberty to form your own team.
Those of you who fit our company like a glove - you can expect to grow quickly and take on the role of a team leader or a regional manager.
Requirements:
- experience isn't required, an experienced candidate will earn a higher salary compared to competitors.
- a perfect command of your native language and an admirable level of English (spoken and written)
- superb organisational skills

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
Handling office tasks, generating reports and presentations, searching for job vacancies and contacting local companies/employers, handling telephone calls and ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈inputting data in our system.
Occasionally generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication by phone and email.
Benefits:
The remuneration package for this position comprises a salary spectrum ranging from 1750 - 2000 Euros, complemented by two diverse monthly bonuses contingent upon individual performance and achieved outcomes.
You’ll receive two guaranteed bonus packages each month, ranging from €350 to €2000, depending on your performance.
