Administrative Assistant (Buying Assistant) - Bakery, Dairy

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail;
• Proficiency in computer applications and office tools (SAP knowledge is a plus);
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
• A proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative;
• Fast learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Manage and update internal department files and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility;
• Coordinate and maintain correspondence with suppliers, stores, platforms, and other departments to support daily business operations;
• Assist in implementing and updating pricing structures in the company’s systems based on manager instructions and supplier negotiations;
• Validate and monitor the accuracy of buying prices in SAP and resolve discrepancies as needed;
• Support the preparation and implementation of department-specific reports and decisions to improve KPIs;
• Ensure invoices from suppliers are accurately registered in the system;
• Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives, including document preparation and follow-up.
