We are looking for a new colleague, who's position encompasses a blend of administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities, with a primary focus on providing people support in a multicultural setting.
She/ he will be in HR team, responsible for offering support to the Plant manager and the department managers, involving organizing events or trainings, preparation of reports, presentations and maintaining the contact with suppliers.
The first contract will be for a determined period of 4 month, with possibility of extension to undetermined period if the evaluation will be positive.

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events for executives; prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
Ensure proper resources and protocol activity for various events.
Create and manage purchasing orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate closely with the accounting department and order requesters to align or correct order data and assist in the reconciliation process.
Proficient in the preparation and drafting of various documents and statements required by the management team.
Manage the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collect the necessary documents for employment files, except the confidential ones.
Prepaire medical checks of the employees, maintain and update related records.
Offer support in logistics, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
Manage postal activity in relation with couriers.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
