Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an Account Manager who:
- Has solid knowledge of how software platforms (CRM) work and is eager to get involved in presentations, demos, and gathering client requirements.
- Can coordinate implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, and customer success.
- Understands business processes and can propose improvements to maximize the value of CRMconnect and EDIconnect.
- Is interested in professional growth, particularly in Business Development.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Can multitask, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Has relevant experience in sales/account management, ideally in software/B2B/SaaS.
- Experience in Project Management and/or Customer Success is a plus.
- Holds a degree in a related field (economics/technical preferred) – but relevant experience is prioritized.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions (CRM, EDI).
- Product Presentations & Technical Demos
- Organize and conduct CRMconnect and EDIconnect demonstrations (online or in person).
- Explain the benefits of our solutions and how they optimize business processes.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with potential clients to understand internal processes and customize solutions accordingly.
- Prepare documentation and clearly communicate client requirements to the development team.
- Customer Success & Project Management
- Plan and coordinate implementation projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring efficient adoption of solutions and continuous improvement.
- Internal Collaboration
- Share market feedback and client needs with the product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Contribute actively to the continuous development and improvement of CRMconnect and EDIconnect.
