Regional Sales Manager

• Proficiency in Romanian and Ukrainian (or Russian);
• English language skills are a plus;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in active sales;
• Driver’s license and a personal vehicle;
• Willingness to travel – minimum of 5 workdays per month;
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and communicative.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory;
• Meet targeted sales goals;
• Identify and onboard new ︁︈​︂︂︆​︄​︂︄︈clients;
• Ensure timely payments from clients and fulfill contractual obligations;
• Conduct client meetings and negotiations, with travel required, and represent the company at relevant trade events;
• Monitor the "Beauty" market and competitors to refine sales strategies;
• Visit retail points of sale within the assigned territory.
