Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
3-5 years working experience in social media area.
Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms, MS Office, SEO, Google Analytics.
Good understanding of digital metrics, KPIs and tools.
Experience in working with a graphic design program (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW etc.).
Knowledge of WordPress platform or similar, familiar with HTML & CSS, Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
Project management skills.
Other

Comfortable to manage projects in parallel.

Job main responsibilities
- Perform regular analysis on market research data and customer insights to understand trends and develop communication campaigns proposals aligned to marketing and business objectives.
- Efficiently works with third party companies to develop and manage tasks implementation in line with approved resources.
- Propose clear communication messages for assigned projects.
- Ensures implementation for approved marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Identifies relevant content topics and develop persuasive content with high relevancy for the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each channel, by following brand framework and guidelines.
- Develop printed materials, catalogues, brochures, flyers, with high quality execution.
- Build content stories, video & images & text in close collaboration with internal functions and agencies.
- Follow-up with agencies the schedule brand content in line with approved plan, with deep understanding of channel algorithms and tactics for optimization.
- Continuously test new functionalities launched by social media platforms, assess the impact on brand performance and transform in business as usual the techniques delivering upon brand goals.
- Analyse key performance metrics and propose specific actions to support brand development.
- Support Marketing Manager in organising events with attention to details and qualitative implementation for assigned tasks.
- Regular competitive research, platforms performance assessment, messaging, and audience identification/analyses.
- Efficient communication with agencies to achieve targeted results and timely manner communication with Marketing Manager in case of adjustments needed.
- Proposals, execution and stock follow-up for branded materials within approved resources.
- Prepare post-evaluation report for tasks and projects assigned.
- Manage contracts, orders, forms related to marketing activities.
- Implement photo and video sessions approved for assigned projects.
- Provide photos of products and reference projects and making them available according to requests
