We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are near-native FRENCH speakers (B2-C1 level) who can also speak English for a level of B2 to join our Elite Customer Support team for our biggest projects!

Experience in front-office communication channels (calls, e-mails, social-media and chats).
Advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but thе ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem-solving oriented, desire to investigate and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Be flexible and adaptable to new situations.

Providing solutions regarding after-sales, order and delivery issues
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service
The work schedule: from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 and 23:00: 10:00-19:00/11:00-20:00/12:00-21:00/14:00-23:00.
The first day will be at the office, this will be the Friday before the start date. After that the training will be remote.
Training: 7 working days (paid)
Start date: 20.05.2024
Salary: 5000 RON NET +meal tickets 35 RON/day
